Oracle Database Course Overview

The Oracle® Database: Introduction to SQL course prepares candidates for taking the 11g: SQL Fundamentals I exam. As a path to achieving one of the most valued Oracle® certifications, i.e. Oracle® Certified Associate (OCA), this workshop familiarizes participants with the features of Oracle®11g, and the theoretical and physical aspects of relational databases. Candidates establish proficiency in creating reports of sorted and restricted data; and retrieving row and column data from tables. This Oracle® online training also imparts knowledge about managing schema objects; manipulating data; and using conversion functions and conditional expressions.

After completing this Oracle® training (first step to the OCA Certification), candidates develop the ability to optimize database workloads and reduce IT setup costs. This Oracle® Database Administrator course is highly valuable as there is a huge demand for Database Administrators (DBAs) in the industry that is set to rise at a rate of 20% per year until 2022.
